For the 05 Croix du Casse, I would probably say that ''it is not my style'' instead of a bad wine. The high concentration and/or high oak is not what I'm looking for. For my part, I'm a fan of ginger and wasabi. So I'll always want an acidic fresh unoaked wine. Stiff refreshing Sauvignon or South African Chenin Blanc.

Come to my mind, the cheap Trio Sauvignon Blanc from Concha Y Toro in Chile. Crisp as hell.
