Wine Inventory Software

But need to start with inventory . What is the best inventory software you are using? I used to use Parkers software but that wa...

2009, 2010, 2005... Better wines from more producers makes these better vintages for me. I also believe that the top wines in those vintages are the equal of, and are probably better than the best wines from the legendary vintages of the past. I can see that. But I'm going with Stefan's response al...

Regarding this issue, though, intent is not a requirement of the statute. Comey invoked it purely for political/practical reasons. She is guilty as hell and there's no way around that. Well I'll have to go with the basis of law. She's presumed innocent until proven guilty. So indict and convict and...

Jim: You've paid you dues and have had aged and young wines. You know your preference. You have a calibrated palate. You've paid your money. I have friends that can't stand wine, but love their Bourbons. Have others that tout the merits of a some obscure Eastern block white grape. Then, I simply ask...

To each his own. Part of my respect for Bordeaux is treating it properly and investing in the time and patience and environment to enjoy it properly aged. If you drink them all young, you'll never know how wonderful they can be aged. Also you'll never enjoy a good Barolo. You want something young, t...

13 Years of marriage to Susan. But the evening had a sad ending. That's right. It was sad. We've had a bottle of 1982 Calon Segur on each anniversary. Last night was the last bottle. Went perfectly with rack of lamb. Guess I'll have to switch to 1982 Montrose. Still had the price sticker. I bought t...

The 1991 Dalla Valle ( and Maya) can take on the best of France.
It will be at worst a split decisions.

That's my contender.

As for selection.
We can use the French method in 1855. Rate by market price.

Well with 1995 one has the tradeoff that many board favorites like d'Issan and Ponet Canet had only just begun to emerge -- certainly making very fine wines -- but not like their radiant efforts of just a few years later. So??????????????? Trying to fix the fight? d'Issan Ponet Canet..................
