There are three more in Rochester at $87.99 per bottle, not sure whether I can get them transferred to a closer store, I'll check.

2014 Cos d'Estournel: $113.99 x 6
2014 Langoa Barton: $39.99 x 6

Re: The 2014 Cos d'Estournel has been uncorked.
What I liked about the Cos was that it was true the terroir. It was very classic Cos, classic St. Estephe. Again, whether that is because of the nature of the great 2014 left bank vintage or a reflection of altered winemaking technique or a combination of both I don't know for sure, but I'm thinking...

I'll soon be acquiring six bottles of this at a great price.
It is a profound wine, worth every penny, but I must say that i prefer the '14 Ducru on a style basis.

That 2008 Dom is indeed absolutely delicious, a big gap between the ‘08 and ‘09. Yeah, this is the “year of the four homicide cases,” we got the first one dismissed last month, now we are working on the second, the Alaska case promises to be the grand finale. I agree on the 04 Clerc.
I have one bottle left from a full case.
In the early days it was a pretty rough wine but in recent years it has smoothed out into a beautiful Pauillac.

Re: The 2014 Ducru Beaucaillou has been uncorked...
The recent prices I’ve paid for 2014s have been great:
Lynch, $91
Baron, $99
Lalonde, $99
Ducru: $116
Clerc, $52
I got a case or nearly a case of each.
It’s my kind of vintage!

Maybe a little TF but for my taste this is a profound wine.
Loved it. Been thinking about it all day.
It’s going to live a long time but the fruit of the wine and character of the vintage are a great combination here.
I’m gonna get more.

At least in this stellar 2014 vintage. Sure, this 13% beauty benefits from modern wine making techniques. And at the v...

Maybe the theme for next year's Friday night dinner:

I’m kicking myself a little JC, I bought the Clerc Milon based on your recent note. They had 14 bottles, I should have bought at least one more to taste ITNOS. Now I have this sealed owc that I can’t break otherwise they will all be gone within 18 months.
