Today I saw an wine e-mail blast that the 07 Janasse Chaupin was recently rated at 99 by RP

I knew where 5 were still available so Jim Hannan and I grabed them - one is destined for this dinner

I just remembered TCG has a table outside the room we are in, as I recall, maybe we could snag that table and we could trade some wines or as I mentioned I could check on the other Boardroom

I just received a confirmation on Bob so we are at max in the room I had reserved Jin you may recall I was holding 2 rooms - the second holds 10 and they are close by one another......but when it looked like there may only be 10 at Rhone as the Burgundy opporunity developed I let the smaller boardro...

Stu......Bin 36 has always been good ...usually not great but but a very nice venue upstairs as you have arranged Also, some of us at the Rhone dinner were wondering if you needed any Rhone grapes to help fortify the lighter weaker burgundy......we could send over some juice to help you guys out :) ...

For planning purposes, If we can pull off a blind 07 CDP tasting in flights - Rob I will assume you will not have any 07s

Current line-up with more to come.........we are going to need some decanter and will have to open them at least by noon on friday at the hotel Can we use white electric tape on the decanters to keep they straight but if we do the single pour with David's restrictors we will need to label the glasse...

For the first time this year I bought the regular cuvee Mas de Boislauzon Chateauneuf du Pape was happy to get it.
Tasting it big brother should be a real treat
I thought I had snugged some of the Le Tintot but it fell through

Arv is a great guy remember when i had my apartment in NYC in 2001 he and two friends came over we all brought some easy to deal with food and put 4 bottles of bordeaux on the table. We sat down and did not get up till all the food and wine were gone I think that was my first off-line of this type G...

TCG just confirmed private room for 14, we are doing a 30% gratuity instead of corkage - hopefully that is OK I think we have a room minumum of $900 and will send me a contract - so that should not be an issue They will have 3 glasses per and decanters 630- till closing...............if we think we ...

Saturday Binnys has a 15% off coupon - while not a great % off in the current market it is nice for the more limited production 07 CdPs I have on hold waiting for this coupon

Nic I feel your pain Speaking of frustrating whenever I submit a reply on this site it takes 30-45 sec after being sent before I can access BWE functions. My computer just goes into a stall mode and I can do nothing more on the BWE site until the computer seems to refresh itself No other site or any...
