Thanks, Alch. Carbonnieux Blanc also ages very well, so if you like aged Sauvignon Blanc, don't be afraid to hold them to the 15-20 year point.

Hey Chris, I think some of the "standard wine descriptors" (SWD's? :geek:) are a bit forced, but accepting the conventions seems like a reasonable way to communicate taste elements versus starting over every time a taster opens a bottle...something about reinventing the wheel comes to mind...
