The Cristal is probably 2014, at least that is what I saw in Nashua. I have enough high end Champ I think but it kills me to pay what they want for NV Pol Roger these days.

I've been watching the inventory 3 to 4 times a week so I hear you.

One concern is not everything is listed yet. Of the bottles you mentioned, only the Giscours is shown to be coming.

At least I can breath a little easier for MA, NH & ME. Too bad about Ohio and JD Vance beating Ryan. It's looking like another potential GA runoff to control the Senate.

The 2016 Ch Charmail is really impressive for a $19 bottle.

I'm sadly suspecting that the Georgia Senate race is the bell weather for the night. Early voting gave Warnock a lead but now the election day vote is swinging back to the Republican ticket by a 38% margin. Ughh.

So far the only 2019's I've seen so far in NH are Les Ormes de Pez, Latour Martillac and Le Marquis de Calon Segur. Any early impressions on the Latour Martillac?

Now I'm kicking myself that I never got my duel Irish citizenship. I believe we're about to enter the modern equivalent of the dark ages and I'm not trying to be funny. My fear is I won't live long enough to see how history will look back on this time and democracy could be entering s death spiral. ...

My first 2019s! Jim, I finally made it to the NH store and followed your lead and buying four bottles. I would have bought more but the 15% made me hesitate. I've been paying more attention to alcohol levels over the last couple of years and they are rising across the board. Climate change is real ...

While reorganizing the cellar a 375ml of 2016 Cos fell from the top shelf and smashed. It splattered all over the floor and stained bottles on the bottom racks ☹️. I guess I'm been lucky up to now but it made quite the mess.

No, just a sad selection of 18's in Nashua. The Sox are too often painfull to watch lately.

Great notes! 2002 was a sleeper year that has more than a few very enjoyable wines. I've gone through a case of Leoville Poyferre and over two cases of Pichon Baron. I've also enjoyed Leoville Barton, GPL, Giscours and Lagrange. One bottle I'm sitting on is a Leoville Las Cases and not sure how much...

In my haste to not miss any of the Celtics game 7, I quickly grabbed this out of the cellar to match with a strip steak. Sadly, I now realize it was my only bottle. At $42 it was another steal. The profile was my vision of classic old school Bordeaux, slightly lean but not green. Great mouth feel wi...

I concur with Jim, 86' Mouton. I've had it a half dozen times and it's been outstanding everytime. I've had the 96' Latour only once and it was good but not as layered or nuanced as the Mouton. In looking at the CT notes it also appears more variable than the Mouton. Given the cost, the Mouton would...

The Hooksett I93 south store is store #67. Right now they have a white wine sale going on which might be of interest, particularly for Champagne. #67 has Krug NV for $150 that would net to $127.

NH has finally received most of its 2018 allocations and with a sale going on I'd like to add a few to the cellar. Frankly, I'm a little hesitant. Initially I was hearing how great a vintage but over time I'm fearing it's more like 2003 with excessive ripeness, over extraction, etc. Should I just wa...
