Thanks for the vivid notes Ian, and happy to see you continue to drink well! A couple of favorites in there. The Chetillons I’m happy to still have a couple of bottles. The Conseillante is sadly gone from my cellar. I wasn’t yet turned on to Haut Bailly when the ’98 was released, sounds like a winner!

Tried to vote 4 or 5 times and kept changing my mind. Eventually settled on Geyserville. Twenty or thirty years ago I would have easily chosen Lytton. Not that the wines were that different then, but I was.

Patrick, that’s a good point about sticky prices/initial conditions. That usually seems to dissipate by 10-15 years post vintage. We’re not quite there yet with the 2014s and 2015s.
