I have to agree with stefan on all counts.

I was so unimpressed with our choices for Governor in Maryland that I left that slot on my ballot blank. I couldn't in good conscience vote for either of them.

I just heard that their second wine in 2012, Hauts de Pontet, was denied the AOC Pauillac classification by the tasting panel for lack of typicity. Something about not enough oak??? Not much lately, but it's shipping season so stuff has been showing up. The last of my 2005 Bdx futures (yes, that was 2005) and some 2002 Taittinger Comtes from PC, Shafer Hillside, some 2010 Aphillanthes VV Cotes du Rhone and some Peter Michael Chards.
