I read this in an article and thought it was perfect:
Vinfanticide-the act of drinking a high end wine way too young.

I’ve started using the phrase ‘howing a wine / Howed one of them the other day’ - forgetting no one has a single clue what that might mean.

Ha! I think sometimes I suffer from “vinpatience” — finding myself unable to wait one or two decades to try such wines.
