Had these blind and I preferred the Pauillac.
Tasting Note from second day: The aromas of dark fruit, some oaky smokiness, hints of herbs. In the mouth this medium bodied wine has a very nice core of dark fruits think black currants and blackberries, very young and fresh, plenty of tannic structure with nice acidity, this has great balance, some cedar and hints of tobacco, also some salty/mineral notes. If I had another bottle I would wait 3-5 years to drink. 92p.
Stag's Leap, a good Cabernet from Napa, more of an elegant than big wine, typical cassis notes and some oak good enough balance. 88-89p

Mmm sounds nice, I think they still have some 2017 d'Armailhac on sale in NH, I might pick up a bottle or two.

Yes it was a very nice wine, I was a bit surprised that it still felt that young.
