BWE DC '22 Video
Gail was kind enough to send this video to me today, it contains some pretty good footage of BWEers at the DC convention this fall, I recommend watching it to the end, there are some BWEers interacting in there, old and new....

Great video, thanks Gail!
Wonderful speech as always, Jim. I hope to one day be half the orator that you are.

Lol, my favorite part of the whole video was when you spoke, Joel, and I mean that. What a great night that was!

Felt like I was there!....nice video, enjoyed listening to the history and seeing all the faces...well done.
Re: BWE DC '22 Video
Very cool. I can feel the legendary BWE spirit!
Special mention to MichaelP, who summarizes perfectly how we all felt going to the first convention in 2001. Me too, i really thought it was a fake, before attending the first dinner on Friday... but what an incredible story after that first convention!

Thanks, Jim. I was glad to have a chance to express my gratitude to the group.
It was such a great whirlwind of chatting and tasting. These speeches were a nice pause from all that though. MichaelP's story was really funny.
Thanks again for the Canon. Sounds like a candidate for a future blind tasting.

I literally thought Michael P was a secret agent the first time I met him. I still haven’t ruled it out after 22 years.
Re: BWE DC '22 Video
Jim and Gail,
Thanks for that video. We loved listening to the stories and seeing many familiar faces and some that we feel sad having never having the pleasure to meet yet like Joel and Marcus. Hopefully some time in the future but it was a nice walk down memory lane with the stories from Jim and Michael P. Our first encounter in Montreal waiting to meet Nicolas, Jim and Michael P/Nalan was no different than the song and prayer faith that Michael described for Chicago in the beginning. So many nice times and great friends memories along the way....priceless and too numerous to list all thanks to Jim's whim almost 23 years ago! Much appreciated and hopefully we can reconnect with fellow BWEers in the near future. Unfortunately London is not possible for us but look forward to the next adventure. Keep that BWE flame burning Jim et al.

Re: BWE DC '22 Video
We miss you and Danielle, Danny!
Maybe we'll get invited to the wedding in May!
I saw something somewhere on the internet recently, like 85% of the population of Canada is like within an 8 hour drive from me here in Maine.
I just re-watched the video. What a great memory! and if anyone wants to hear a quick 17 minute history of BWE, and see some of the legends of BWE, old and new, it's all in there!

At first when I started watching, I thought Jim might make some commentary to what a bunch of deadbeats the Orlando BWE'rs are. Lol
