- 1996 Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste - France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac (5/27/2010)
deep garnet. Nose was a Pauillac, but of lesser quality. there was even a hint of VA. Taste was thin and acidic. Bought at release and kept in an active cellar, I couldn't find a flaw that I could name, but it was likely there, I believe. (86 pts.)
