Another escort service spam attack

This makes 3 in the past few weeks. I erased them all and banned the user and IP, but this is getting tedious. Given that we've had more fraudulent new members than real ones lately I think it's time to tighten security. Jim I suggest you contact Phil and ask him to set things up so new members and their first few posts have to ne approved by you (or a moderator) before they can join/post.
