Clarendelle 2004

Post by dstgolf »

Clarendelle Rouge 2004 en Magnum last night dining at Old Head Ireland golf course with the boys was most surprising and inexpensive. After a tough slug in the elements this smoothed out the evening beautifully. Noticeably Bordeaux but round full fruit with strong merlot overtones. Smooth in every way with lovely bouquet and finish. A wine certainly showing far superior than its cost!! Great QPR.

Looking forward to a few more bottles through the next 9 days on the emerald isle

I would pay to play in the rain in Ireland, and I haven't golfed in years. Be nice to have one sunny round though. Have fun.

Hound,

So far 3 glorious rounds in sunshine, light wind about 70 degrees. Feeling blessed and so far sun is shining for Monkstown today!
