2005 Pontet Canet

Had this at lunch yesterday at the KIttle House. Decanted for 2 hours, with half in the decanter and half in the bottle. Amazing and powerful nose, with a fantastic long finish. I figured that I would take a gamble to see if this was still shut down and I am glad that it was not. It will be interesting to see how this evolves over the years to come.

I loved the 2005 PC. I thought it trumped every other PC from 1994 onwards.
Good to know that it's open.
