I am keeping my calendar open in April. As I mentioned earlier, April 4-7 is out for me.

now that I've spoken with mrs vino, I should add that the last weekend in april is doable but least preferred as we are traveling the following week so our choice would be either second or third weekend.

The most popular spring break week is March 9-16. Dallas Market (which books up some hotels) is March 21-24. Passover is Monday, March 25. Easter weekend is March 29-31. There are very few issues with April and the temperature is usually very pleasant by then. I also don't see any major events which would crowd out all the hotel rooms in April, so I would recommend any April week that works for everyone.

Good restaurants are easily arranged for all meals. Options will depend upon the headcount. I assume that we will do a Texas BBQ taste-around as a lunch event.

Dallas in April is fine. The second (11-13) or third (18-20) weekend would be best for me. Impossible to predict Marjorie's availability.

I will try and make a date in April happen. Haven't been to Dallas before. Certainly the earlier the better for locking in a date as I'll have to do some horse trading to get Friday +/- Thursday off as I don't have any time off in April.

I wish Dallas would be selected for BWE 2014 as I would love to go to Texas (never been before) and I can't go in 2013.

If Dallas stay the location for 2013 BWE, I'm proposing Denver for 2014... or Ottawa (why not).

The 13th is our Academy's legislative forum. If you guys decide on the 13th I will make a major effort to get someone to fill in for me.

The 20th and 27th just aren't possible.
