I must admit that I have 3 bottles of the 1997 Fonseca Vintage, laying down until my 50th birthday... In 10 years.

So Tom, you have 3 bottles of the 2011 Fonseca Vintage, for your x years old, x+1, x+2, x+3, x+4, x+5, x+6, x+7, x+8, x+9,x+10, x+11, x+12, x+13, x+14 and x+15 years old.

Now the real question : what number is x?

I've tried a number of 2011 vintage ports multiple times, and it's a sensational vintage. Taylor Fladgate, Fonseca and Graham's especially are wonderful, and I think they'll develop and be drinking beautifully in 15-20 years. Hell, they're drinking well now, though very primary. Had a 1970 Graham's the other day that was quite nice/pleasant but definitely past its peak.
