Opened this bottle tonight. A special wine as the color is medium yellow, and the nose remind me more Champagne than Bourgogne! Butter, exotic ginger, honey, and some spritz sweet lemon! In mouth, good power, mixture of complex honeyed yellow fruit, sweet lemongrass, green onion, and some minerals on the deçent long final. The acidity is there too, no apparent oak, not the most powerful or intense or fat, but a touch of corn. An unusual Puligny to me, but at the end, showing complexity and definition like that terroir should, but still missing a little something. Tn: 91.
