Have a good marathon JF. What an achievement, and wine looks very secondary. Nice pictures.

See you soon, for the stories.

According to the Boston Marathon website, the results for Jean-Frederic Mercille, #13047:

https://results.baa.org/2022/?pid=track ... p=tracking

I'm not sure I understand all the numbers, but if I'm reading it right, he came in at an even 3:24:00.

That's crazy! 26.2 miles in just over 3 hours.

CONGRATULATIONS JEAN-FRED, BWE IS PROUD OF YOU!

The New England Spring weather was perfect in the great town of Boston. What a great day.

A spectacular accomplishment! Truly an emotional accomplishment for anyone who completes this race, I can't wait to hear about your experience, Jean-Fred! How did you manage Heartbreak Hill?

Ha, I can beat J-F’s marathon time - if I “run” a 10k 🙄.

Just try to run even one minute at sub-8 pace and not only will you fail dismally, you will need a week to recover.

I can only wonder what it feels like to be in the 1% of the 1%.

Congratulations 👏.

The Boston marathon has a tough course but is amazing. It’s awsome the have all those runners and supporters during 26,2 miles. It’s a magical experience. I had a great day and a nice weather.

Thank you again for your support, it’s great to share my running experience on a wine forum. As we always say, BWE is about the folks, the BWE friendship!
