2018 St. Innocent Freedom Hill Chardonnay (Dijon Clone)

Post by JimHow »

Thank you to William P for his endorsement of this very reasonably priced Chardonnay.
And boo to Stefan, who says he is not a fan of the St. Innocent Chardonnays.
This was delicious, crisp, pure, fresh, this is a wine to be uncorked with fresh seafood.
Ripe, nice structure and acidity, balanced, fresh bouquet.
I'm curious, Stefan, what do you not like about this?
I found no flaws in this excellent wine, you gotta be looking for problems here.
Rating 91 points.

Jim, SI Chards are certainly good and we drink them fairly often, but I prefer e.g. Goodfellow Chards. The context of my comment was that I am a very big fan of SI PNs.
