Seeking input on timing of BWE Zoom tasting for next Thursday, Feb. 2nd

So we were doing Zoom dinners with Jacques, Jill, Stefan, Lucie, and 7pm Eastern time seemed to work well for us in Maine, Florida, and Teyyxxssas time, I would generally propose 7pm to 9pm Eastern US time next Thursday, unless we get some west coast BWEers who want to come in, in which case we might want to move it to 7:30 or 8pm start time to better accommodate them. Thoughts?

Also, as far as theme, my general thoughts are: "Bordeaux, Bordeaux, and More Bordeaux," but if you want to do something more specific, I'm open to suggestions as well....

Fine, but I can't make it next week except maybe for a few minutes at the beginning because I have a poker date at 7PM central time.

I think that sounds about right. It can be flexible time to time as well. Maybe start with the first Thursday of every month and go from there? That will help people remember I’d say.

I like it. The first Thursday of every month will typically be best for me as jury trials usually start after the first week of the month. So the default will be first Thursday of every month at 7pm eastern, with possible tweaking based on participation from other time zones.

I am afraid Thursday is out for me too. Rarity in my case, but I have to attend a planning board meeting which is trying to build a horrible 31 unit cluster of townhouses in one of Westchester’s prettiest areas. Wish us luck.
