BWE in Rome

Arrived safe and sound yesterday morning, enchanted by this beautiful city.
Dinner last night at Casa Coppelle with 2019 Antinori Triganello, off to the sights today!

Wow, that's one of the finest Italian wines. I hope it was worthy of its reputation.
This BWEer (yours truly) is in the Douro Valley.

I really enjoyed Rome, great food, great wine, great people.
We went to two Michelin star restaurants, thank you Nicola for your recommendation of Trattoria Da Francesco, we dined there our last night and it was splendid, best tiramisu ever, but where else would I have my best tiramisu ever?!
