Wax Closures

Is this becoming a trend in Bordeaux recently? I've come across a couple of chateaux using wax closures. I just received some 2020's, and my 2020 Nenin had it installed. That reminded me about my 2019 Gruaud-Larose that had wax too. I have a shipment coming with 2020 Gruaud-Larose...not sure if these have wax as well. I should find out soon.

Anyone else notice or know of other chateaux using this method? I don't know how I feel about them. I had quite a time with some from Dunn over the years.
