2 glasses of bubly from Portugal that were quite nice and dry. A split of 2021 Sancerre that was typical, big citrus,grapefruit, white flowers, blackcurrant bush, very fresh in mouth. A split of 2021 Thivin Reverdon Brouilly, full of cherries, granite, smoke and seriousness for Brouilly. And very nice meal…
