The less heralded grape sylvaner, can give good results in Alsace.

The 2021 Leon Boesch Pierres Rouges Sylvaner. Clear light yellow, wit a nice rich or sweet nose of spicy lemon, peaches, geranium flowers and litchis. Remind me more a Gewurztraminer. In mouth, bitter flower bud, peach pits, fresh, acidic quince and light super dry lemon zest final. Very nice. Tn: 90. Very good expressionof alsatiansylvaner, dry, and only 11.5 % alcohol.what to not like ?
