For Easter dinner, the Collet Art Deco Champagne was nice, with lot of ginger, yellow apple fruits, and chardonnay orchard fruit. Not the most complex or intense, but lot of bubbles and medium richness.very good. Tn : 89-90.
The 2017 Clau de Nell Violette, biodynamic red wine made in aoc Anjou by Anne-Claude Leflaive. 75% cab franc, the rest ofcab sauvignon. Lot of violet grapes aromas and flavors, bitter chocolate, chalk, beets and something slightly vegetal. Mouth has intense fruits, but turn quick’y to chalk and rustic tannins. Madame Leflaive has more abilities to make genious white wite in Bourgogne, as this red don’t convince me. Kind of hipster red. Tn : 87. But eas ok with the turkey.
