  nice solid 07 CdR..concentrated nose of sweet forest, dark color, dark red and lue fruit especially blueberry, tannins and a medium long finish..........went very nicely with cheeses
  kept a glass for tomorrow night (90 pts.)

I succumbed to the parade of CdR TNs you and David have posted in the last few months. I've got a case of Clos du Caillou arriving tomorrow, weather permitting, in time for the Sox and Angels.

my bottle went astray - day 2 was terrible......just flabbly

i think I may have not vacuum sealed it ....I am guessing that is it vs a flaw in the wine

Hound while I have not tried the Caillou.......i doubt you can go very far wrong with the 07s

a very interesting point is that you do not need to spend a lot and certainly not California Cab prices for some really nice wine
