BWE 2010 - Chicago Hotel Info

The Affinia requires us (specifically me, and my credit card) to assure them of at least 12 rooms booked on Friday and Saturday nights. My informal count suggest that this will not be a problem, but before I put my credit card on the line, I need to know who is firmly committed to (i.e. guaranteeing) going and booking at the Affinia for at least those 2 nights?

Rooms are available from Wednesday - Sunday at the $99 price.
Suites will be $149.

I will provide booking instructions when I have 11 more affirmative responses.

Jono, this is our annual BWE convention, and our 10th anniversary. It is being held in Chicago, where the first one was held, and promises 2-3 days and nights of camaraderie and excellent drinking. Howard is our hotel guru and always finds us a great rate at a good place. It would be great if you could join us!

I was in downtown Chicago for New Years Eve

We walked by the Affinia hotel ......I was not aware of this hotel or where it was until we just happened to see it walking by............It looks very nice.....a block or so off Michigan Ave......In a very nice neighborhood and right in the middle of some excellent resturants

- Les Nomades
- Tru is right across the street
- C-house in the Affinia
- Spiaggia
- Table 52,
- The Capital Grille is two blocks
- plus a great historic Chicago pizza place right next store.............a few blocks from NorthWestern Hospital for anyone who wants a check up after the pizza.

This is a great location .......everyone should be very happy with the location
