  Garnet. Nose initially was plums, cherries, spice and celery-yes celery. With time in the glass the celery went away leaving rich cherry and blackberry flavors. No bacaon fat found here. Taste was sour cherry and an acid kick on the end. Went well with steak. (91 pts.)
