Chignin-Bergeron, 2010 Vin de Savoie AOC; Domaine Jean Vullien
fresh, fragrant grassy nose akin to a Swiss Chasselas, lemon, lime, grass, greenery, slight vegetal spritz with lime and lemons, a nice fresh persistent finish of grass, mint, herbs and a sprig of basil even. Lime, lemon and citrus intermingle. Works nicely with Roquefort and pain de Campagne from the local boulangere. Light and appealing... And it is pissing down with rain outside. ***** or [4+4.5+4+4.5=17/20]
