Winecask in Santa Barbara Closed?

Find out that the Winecask in SB is closed - both the restaurant and the connecting winestore......shame. Several times a year I experienced a terrific meal and superb wine and purchased many bottles in the store - especially in the past 4 years with the strong Euro -
Besides,for me SB is always relaxed and fun place to stay.....

What?! I was hoping to dine there in a few weeks when I am out for a visit. Wow, times are tough...

Michael, I think more a case of mismanagement..rather than economics.......

There's better restaurants in SB (if any are still open).

Thanks, Harry. I just came across the discussion elsewhere about the management issues. I appreciate the heads-up and the clarification of what led to the closure.
