2001 Coutet
Had a 375 of the 2001 Coutet last night. What a great wine! With flavors of apricot, peach and a hint of pineapple, the wine had perfect acidity to balance its luscious sweetness, so that it sparkled on the palate. I would give it 93-95 points, and suspect that it easily has 15-20 years of beautiful life ahead of it.
