Vancouver Island wineries.

Leaving Sunday for a seven day trip to Vancouver Island. Flyrod is packed. Any suggestions regarding the wineries there? I noticed Cowichan Valley has a number of wineries. Suggestions? Should be fun, not expecting much. enjoy.

There are wineries everywhere but that doesn't mean they have a good wine growing climate. Hawaii strikes a similarity.
Vancouver Island is NOT one of Canada's notable wine regions. Okanogan Valley a different story in central BC but you're exploring of the island wineries is a mystery to me. Fishing should be great on the island though!
Enjoy and sorry for not being more helpful but I wouldn't get my hopes up on some newly discovered magical wine region!
