Drank this under a pile of Obama electoral votes
Decanted 1hr. Drank over three
Wonderful nose, ripe, velvety raspberry, herbs, florals, soft hints of coffee grounds
Palate, nice ripe black cherries, maybe a tad heavy handed, but the acidity helps prop the wine up, spices, tighter than the Florida race on the finish with some heat, solid structure
Open another in 3-5yr....or better yet in 4 yrs on Nov.6
Nice Margaux expression @$23.....add to the cellar immediately

No, I already have enough wine set for checked baggage. I'll wait just a little longer.

By the way, the 03 is very good, as is the 06 too. I snapped up some handfuls of both that Benchmark Wine Group was giving away last summer.

I drank a bottle of the 07. It was easy and delicious, not green at all.
