2010 Chablis 1er Cru "Montée de Tonnerre; Domaine Moreau-Naudet
earth, oyster shell and mineral nose but it isn't showing any Montée de Tonnerre qualities yet. Lemon, sap and lemons, quite tight, the acidity cuts through oil and chilli nicely and there is a classic feel to the poise, with air it starts to come out of its shell. Tasting modern but this needs time, it feels slightly reduced and lactic. Give it time or a decant... More grass and herbs with air. There is some good depth and concentration with super balance... It is just far far far too young. 63-67++/100

How long do you wait before trying the next bottle?

I'd give it 3-5 years.
