TN 2005 Faiveley Borgogne Blanc

I stopped by Garagiste last week to see what they had on hand and picked this $13 bottle for dinner. A great bargain, the bouquet of apple, peach, lime and a hint of carmel roared out of the bottle. This was rounded and fruit forward- almost California-esque - with the acidity nicely in the background and the wood touch very light. Not a dainty Bourgogne. 89+

What are your thoughts on Faiveley whites? Had very few but none stood out. JM
