09 Lilian Ladouys v. 09 de Fieuzal
A lovely little svelteness to the St. Estephe upon uncorking.
I think this is the first time I've had this wine.
I was at Game 4 at the TD Garden against Pittsburgh the other night, Hound, it was awesome.
Tried to get Cup tickets today but couldn't score any.

Two solid wines. Not sure Lilian Ladouys matches Meyney. A preliminary 89 points for this wine.
De Fieuzal is definitely a better breed, I'm going to get a case at $37 per bottle.

Although I don't think de Fieuzal is a 94 pointer, more like 91-92.

I almost grabbed some '09 Lilian on Sunday. My local guy has it for $24. Are you a buyer at that price?
I used to love de Fieuzal many moons ago and still remember the lovely 1990. Has it gone modern?

That 2009 Château de Fieuzal is very classic Graves, very genuine to what Bordeaux should be.

24 is a definite buy Orlando for the Lilian, I'd probably buy 3 or 4 but not go overboard. A nice 89 point St. Estephe.
De Fieuzal is solid. A little bit modern, a little bit traditional. A solid 91 pointer.

Just don't drop $5 mil on a luxe suite there like you did at the Fens, Jim, and the B's should be all right. I trust you've learned your lesson. Keep to your own. Remember where you came from.JimHow wrote:I was at Game 4 at the TD Garden against Pittsburgh the other night, Hound, it was awesome.

Lol we're down with the plebeians this year, third base loge box.
Bruins playoff tickets are priced crazy, $290 minimum, up to $1200.

Bruins are looking tough this year. Should be a fun series. Not sure the Hawks are tough and big enough to go the length with the Bruins. Talent against Brawn, not selling Bostons talent short though. I think Boston has the total package right now and looking forward to the series starting tonight. Hard to say since I like the Hawks more than Boston!
Let the show begin!!

For $290 you can still get a nice bottle of wine. Buy one and watch the game on TV.
