Howard,
I'd have a tough time reading this guys reviews. If they are intending on having people read the description of the wine and not just looking at points then I question their logic. His descriptors though eloquent are remote from the understanding of the average person. Who knows what the heck a Jonagold apple tastes or smells like. Creamed pears??? Boysenberry pie??? These terms may sound intelligent and intriguing but are so unfamiliar to the average person that they would make the uninitiated afraid to try the wine unless it was rated a 90+ pts.

Re: Great Link re: Reviews
Having read the book I would find it difficult to watch the movie.

The Hosemaster has written some pretty funny pieces on Parker as well.

And his latest is one of his better efforts. This time skewering, well, I guess he's an equal opportunity skewerer.
