A 2000 that is drinking beautifully

Potensac

Is it better than the 1996 (was)? Not sure. But it is right in the sweet spot.

Also tried a half/split of Reserve De Leoville 2010. Super wine, but still a very young pup.

Thanks for that statement on the 2000 Potensac.

I will open a 2000 Soudars in the coming days and report.

That's good to know. Having sampled a couple of these in the past, it was definitely not an early drinker.

I've had a few food vintages of Pot. over the last few years. Seems to be a great price/quality little sucker-maybe up to a half case depending on vintage. Needs about 10 years in a good
vintage it seems. JM
