To complete the theme, which 5 wines/Bordeaux you already tried and would like to try back in 20 years (and Please for this one, you have the obligation to consider you'll still be there and healthy).
1. 1982 Château Cheval Blanc (offered by JScott, in 2007, when I stopped a this place for dinner. Already great, but probably undestructible).
2. 2003 Château Montrose
3. 1998 Château Lafleur (i tried it in 2004).
I need to think more for the last 2...
