The Benevolent Dictator Champagne Welcome Reception will start in my room at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
I have acquired the wines for the reception!
2004 Dom Perignon
2002 Bollinger La Grande Annee
2004 Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque
2004 Veuve Cliquot La Grande Dame
Be there or be square!

I agree, this is a great sélection Jim.
I have also a 2004 Perrier-Jouet Belle Époque, I wanted to bring. So maybe I'll keep it for the Saturday night... If it will survive to your welcoming party...
Perrier-Jouet is a light Champagne, full of elegance and complexity.

MMMMMM…. great selections! Bolly Grande Annee is one of my favorites, and the 2002 should be awesome. Don't know much about the 2004s and am anxious to learn!

Jacques popped a couple of 2002 Bollinger at his Manhattan flat when we were there in August. This Champagne is awesome.
