2009 Olga Raffault Chinon

A good but nothing more wine. I don't know If 2009 was great in Loire, but from that wine, it is hard to tell. Good color and nose of very dark berries, green pepper, red berries. In mouth, stern and austere Cab Franc. Opened up over 2 hours to become more pleasing, with green pepper, chocolate and kind of severe dark rasberries, herbs and more chocolate. Just ok, maybe just too young. I guess this is very concentrated, and not giving much now. Need more time, like 8-10 years.
