Dark garnet in color, dark fruit aromas soar from the glass. Seamless and integrated; this is a beautiful wine. Blueberries and chalk on the mid-palate and a nice smoothly-tannic finish. This wine is at peak with plenty in the tank for another 10 years in the cellar.

Thanks for the notes.

Moulis is a little-known appellation and the second smallest in Bordeaux. Many wine lovers know Chasse Spleen and Poujeaux, but not much else - which is perfectly understandable.

Brillette is a relatively inexpensive wine and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
