Carmin red, a wine at a nice place right now: complex nose of blackberries, Black licorice, wood, black cherries, light jamaicain pepper. Mouth with nice attack, flavors of blackberries, cherry tree wood, pomegranate, with nice tannins. Decent final on spices and cherries. leather. A very beautiful wine from Languedoc. Even If excellent, I think i prefer the 2006. TN : 90.

Solid.

Nic,

Thanks for this tasting note.

I know far too little about the wines of the Languedoc.

In fact, the 2009 is the only bottle I have in my cellar.

From what you say, I should give it a few more years.

One of these days, I'm going to go down and visit these guys...
