2013: Low alch, pleasant, charming What's so bad about that?

Reading about the "nasty" 2013 weather in today's Wine Advocate, worst since 1991-92, 1984, etc.
He says they are pleasant, fruit forward, low in alcohol...
Doesn't sound so bad to me!
Now let's see some $45 Ducru and $35 Leoville Poyferre and $180 Mouton!
