Gérard Bertrand is making, I think, lot of wines in South of France. He produces those Naturae wines (Syrah and Chardonnay), made in respect of the nature and without any (or infinitely low) sulphur. I tried the Syrah a few months ago and liked it, even If the wine very good at first, became a bit numb after 2 hours.
This 2013 Naturae Chardonnay is very clear yellow, that i've seen rarely for Chardonnay. Nose mix citrus, and other yellow fruits, with light oxydative notes. Dry apricots too. In mouth, light white flowers, light bitterness, flavors of green pears, banana, and quince. Thev wine stays very light, but fresh. Good but more a curiosity than an excellent white. TN : 83.
