Tour Blanche Medoc white?

I think I asked previously about this and Alex said no whites from Medoc.
Have a look at this one. I can't find anything about it.

Why not email B & G directly and ask for info on their wine.

No white wine is entitled to the Médoc appellation, but there are perhaps 15 or 20 white wines produced in the Médoc with the AOC Bx. or Bx. Sup.
Then name "blanche" here has nothing to do with the color of the grapes. No more than Cheval Blanc does!
Ah, but I see the vintage date here is 1976. If the wine *is* indeed white (which you can't tell from the photo), it must have been that the appellation laws were different 40 years ago.
I once launched a contest on BWE to name the most of these white Médocs and Nic won. The winner was promised 2 first growths at a meal at my house, and Nic actually came to Bordeaux to claim it.
