BWE France 15 Roll Call

As we are getting excited about arranging a visit to France, I'd like to start a roll call thread.
This is to express interest in the BWE France 15 trip to Bordeaux in May of 2015. The tentative dates of the trip are May 18th to 22nd, with possible additional activities before or after in Paris. Our commitment to you is to have the framework finalized by the end of November so that everyone can book tickets and we can begin collecting money.
In terms of budget, I would recommend that everyone budgets about $1500 to $2000 per person for the transportation to Bordeaux from Paris, bus, most meals in Bordeaux, and extras. For reference, 10 years ago, it cost roughly $900 per person for the Bordeaux part of the trip, plus an additional $500 for Beaune. Once we solidify an actual budget we will let you know and start collecting money. I would also budget $200 a night for a room in Bordeaux (but we will work on those options).
I am copying and pasting the list from Jim's other thread, please let us know if you want to add or subtract yourself. Again, this is to capture serious interest. We figure we need at least 15 people to go forward with the event, and probably a max of 25.
