Confirmed list for BWE France 2015 etc

As we are deep in the process of building a program for BWE France 2015, I wanted to give a quick update on the current list of participants, etc.

As of the moment, the following have confirmed via deposit, etc:

Stefan and Lucie.... 2
Jim +1....... 2
Comte +1.... 2
Alex .... 1
Timmy +1.... 2
MichaelP + Nalan...... 2
Danny's brother ..... 1
Jim's lawyer friends Tony & Jennifer ... 2
Harry C +1 ... 2

Confirmed but awaiting deposit:
Danny & Danielle.... 2

That brings us to a total of 18 people.

Based on a couple of the meals that we have planned, we must impose a hard limit of 20. This means there are two slots still available for those that wish to join.

Over the course of the next few weeks, we are hoping to firm up a schedule and also have a more solid view as to the budget. The tentative schedule is as follows:

Monday: Left bank, Dinner TBD
Tuesday: Right bank, Dinner TBD
Wednesday: Left Bank, afternoon and evening free
Thursday: Graves/Sauternes, Dinner at Chateau TBD
Friday: Left bank, Dinner at Chateau

At this point, I am assuming that we will have dinner as a group Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. At this point, we have not yet identified dinner at Chateau for Monday or Tuesday. So here is the question:

For Monday and Tuesday, would you prefer:
a. two dinners at chateau (if possible)
b. a dinner at chateau and a dinner at a restaurant
c. two dinners at restaurants
d. one dinner at chateau or restaurant, one dinner free (to be organized on your own)

Today I received payment from Danny & Danielle, so that is, I think, everyone from North America who said they intended to come.
