[img]Tonight[/img], with a nice meal of sea scallop, a very young Sancerre.

Light yellow, nice nose if green lemon, shell, white flowers, and a strong something like green melon and whit peaches. Mouth is very nice, strong, complex, lime, herbal, ripe star fruit flavours. Acidity is medium, good ripeness in that Sauvignon, final is long, light bitterness, perfumed flowers. Very excellent. TN: 90.
